verithra is a proof-of-alpha standard and a liquidity layer for sovereign quant engines. phase one: client-side noir circuits and zktls attest sharpe, pnl, and closed-trade history. phase two: smart vaults open pooled usdc against the verified scorecard—not the blueprint.

dual-stack architecture. prover: fixed-point noir circuits + zktls witnesses over exchange, prop-firm, and on-chain history. liquidity: on-chain smart vaults gate deposits on proof thresholds; performance fees route to the private engine.

private quant engines execute off-chain. verithra emits the proof-of-alpha artifact. the liquidity layer accepts capital only when the proof clears—investors get verifiable exposure; the architect retains execution ip.
